You would want to read the UHC therapy policies and also look at your contract.
i can not access it either. Our hospital using Internet Explorer. Any suggestions or can someone post the pertinent pages for those of us who can not access it? Thank you.
You need to use a different web browser or access it from home on a different browser. Most hospitals are not updating their systems to be compatible with the latest versions of software that companies use. Also, Microsoft is no longer providing support for IE.
