Timely Reporting of Provider Enrollment Information Changes

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services has published a MLN Matters article reinforcing the importance of the timely reporting of changes in your Medicare enrollment information. Physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech-language pathologists in private practice must report any changes of ownership, including a change in an authorized or delegated official, within 30 days; and all other informational changes within 90 days.
