I have seen conflicting information on this.
Can you bill ther ex if you have pt doing exercises while in fluido? How about neuro re-ed for desensitization?
It is possible to bill a 15-minute time-based CPT code and an untimed modality during the same time period.
I know this is an older post. Have you seen some payors want fluido coded as 97039?
