It looks like the code descriptors for these G2061-G2065 are on-line medical evaluation using the internet or similar electronic communications network. Can you please give some examples of therapy treatments that would be appropriate to use these charges?
Does the e-visit take into account an individual’s copay or coinsurance?
You would have to ask UHC as they do not mention anything about that on their website.
