  1. Currently, the PHE ends at the end of the day on January 11, 2023 unless extended further or ended sooner. This means that the revised direct supervision requirement will end on December 31, 2023, unless the PHE is terminated prior to the beginning of 2023 or Congress changes the supervision requirement permanently.

    Does this mean to say end of December 2023 or is it supposed to be Dec. 2022?

  2. Is virtual supervision (via audio/video) also allowed for sixth visit supervision requirements?

    1. If referring to your state practice act requirement, you would want to ask your state licensing board that question.
