UnitedHealthcare (UHC) has updated and revised their Habilitative Services Benefit Interpretation Policy with an effective date of January 1, 2022. This updated/revised Benefit Interpretation Policy applies to the following states:
- Oklahoma
- Oregon
- Texas
- Washington
