I have a question
I had a patient with UHC blasted his thumb got 5 or may be 6 surgeries
I treated him for a year
I did clinical reviews and followed what instructions were given in the end they denied I believe 12 visits
Can they do that and how do I fight it
This case was a lot of work and I am really upset that it was denied after giving approval
Then what is the meaning of jumping all the hoops
Please advice
Saba
I assume they reviewed your documentation and denied the visits? If yes, you would need to go through the appeal process.
