As of April 15, 2020 at 5:00pm EDT, does the Medicare program pay for telehealth services provided by a physical therapist, occupational therapist or speech-language pathologist?

Right now today, yes.

Thanks for all the great webinars and info. Can modifier 95 be appended to cpt codes on a ub04 claim if that is the only modifier approved by the payor or is that modifier specific to private practice? This payor confirmed coverage for telehealth for facility but requires a modifier 95.
You would want to follow the instructions provided by each insurance carrier.
