July 2020 Update of the Hospital Outpatient Prospective Payment System

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has published a revised edition of MLN Matters Number: MM11814 on July 16, 2020 that provides an update of the Hospital Outpatient Prospective Payment System (OPPS). Telephone Services: CPT Codes 98966 – 98968

On March 30, 2020, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) issued an interim final rule with comment period discussing CPT codes 98966, 98967 and 98968.
