Gawenda Diamond Website Membership Terms & Conditions
Thank you for becoming a Diamond Member of our subscription website service. Your Diamond Membership gives you unlimited access to all of the website content, weekly member email newsletter, and breaking news updates, as applicable. Your Diamond Membership does include one registration to every webinar that occurs during your membership period. If you want more than one registration for a webinar, you would have to pay the applicable webinar fee. All material posted on our website is the intellectual property of Gawenda Seminars & Consulting, Inc. and can't be used, reproduced, or posted as your own material without the prior written approval of Gawenda Seminars & Consulting, Inc.
All information posted on our website is not intended to and does not serve as legal advice or as consultative services, but is for general information purposes only.
Fees and Renewal
The annual Platinum Membership fee is $850.00 and membership is valid for one year from the date of activation. Diamond Membership fee is non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these Terms. Effective with all new memberships and renewals dated February 1, 2022, and after, the Platinum Membership fee will be $850.00 annually.
Unless you notify us prior to your Diamond Membership expiring, your Diamond Membership will automatically renew on your expiration date and you authorize Gawenda Seminars & Consulting, without notice to you, to collect the annual Diamond Membership fee using the credit card we have on file for you. If your credit card that is on file has expired and your renewal fee can't be processed, you must provide us with an updated credit card or your membership will be cancelled.
Refunds
New memberships are not eligible for refunds once payment is processed as you have instant access to all the Diamond Member content.
If you contact us via phone or email within 14 calendar days of your renewal date (expiration date) requesting a refund, your account will be refunded and membership terminated immediately. There are NO refunds after the 14-day grace period from the renewal date.
Agreement Changes
Gawenda Seminars & Consulting, Inc. reserves the right to make changes to our Diamond Membership benefits and pricing without notice to you. Your continued membership after we make these changes constitutes your acceptance of these changes. If you do not agree with these changes, you must cancel your Platinum Membership within 14 calendar days of your renewal date.
