Chuck has 37 years of physical therapy experience including 20+ years as a practice owner. Chuck earned a transitional Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the EIM Institute of Health Professions. In addition he holds an MBA from the University of California at Irvine, a master’s degree in physical therapy from the Sargent College School of Allied Health Professions at Boston University, and a bachelor’s degree in physical education from Cleveland State University. Chuck was one of the first people in the country to earn board certification as a specialist in sports physical therapy and later served as a Board Member of the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties.
