Novitas Solutions has published their Medicare Physician Fee Schedule for the states in which they are the Medicare Administrative Contractor. States include Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi,  New Jersey, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Texas as well as the District of Columbia.
