Hey Rick,
We frequently treat patients with bilateral orthopedic issues, say 2 OA shoulders which are at diffeernt stages and require different approaches. Patietns want to be seen at one visit for both shoulders which ineveitably leads to extra minutes which are usually not billed. Can we use this modifier or do we need to seperate these out into 2 Plans of Care?
