HHS Extends Public Health Emergency
On July 15, 2022, Xavier Becerra, Secretary of Health and Human Services, extended the public health emergency (PHE) due to COVID-19. If I am reading paragraph four correctly the supervision of a PTA via audio/video communication is NOT extended to Oct. 13, 2022?
