Fiscal Year 2026 ICD-10 Update
ICD-10 diagnosis codes are updated yearly. Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 ICD-10 become effective for outpatient therapy dates of service that occur between October 1, 2025 – September 30, 2026.
Changes that begin October 1, 2025 include, but are not limited to:
- Multiple sclerosis
- Muscular dystrophy
- Pain (pelvic and abdominal)
- Non-pressure chronic ulcer
- Contusions, lacerations, and fractures
