First Coast to Host Free Therapy Services Webinar

First Coast Service Options, Inc., Medicare Administrative Contractor for the state of Florida, will host a free webinar on October 30, 2018 from 11:30AM – 1:00PM ET. During this free webcast, First Coast will summarize the Bipartisan Budget Act of 2018 as it applies to therapy services, review a recently published Office of Inspector General report on outpatient physical therapy services, review recent claim documentation errors assessed by the Comprehensive Error Rate Testing program, and focus on sections of the local coverage determination L33413, Therapy and Rehabilitation Services, to introduce ways you can be proactive in avoiding these types of errors. Then we will provide an update on the Targeted Probe and Educate (TPE) process as it applies to outpatient therapy services, along with the tools available to assist you should you be selected for TPE.
