I see CPT code 92520 (Laryngeal Function Studies) requires two types of testing, aerodynamic testing and acoustic testing. What is the difference between the 2 tests and what do I bill if I only perform one test and not the both?

Since January 1, 2014, when I bill CPT code 92506 (Evaluation of speech, language, voice, communication or auditory processing) on the claim form, I am not being reimbursed for that CPT code. The insurance carrier states this is not a valid CPT code? Did I miss something?
