This webinar will reframe telehealth from a reactive tool to a proactive strategy. We will start with the essential compliance fundamentals, including documentation, consent language, and emergency preparedness protocols. From there, we will explore practical and scalable implementation models, from hybrid care delivery to virtual triage and specialty consults. These pathways have the potential to extend the reach and impact of your clinical team.
Importantly, this session will also address the people side of digital transformation, including how to develop, train, and retain clinicians in digitally enabled care models. We will compare dedicated telehealth provider roles versus blended clinical models, discussing the operational, cultural, and retention implications of each approach.
