Since 2011, reimbursement to physical rehabilitation providers has declined 40%. Physical rehabilitation is now considered a low margin industry. It is more important than ever that physical rehabilitation providers master the skills needed in initial contract negotiations and renegotiations with insurance companies. These skills will help your organization maximize its bottom line.

In this 90 minute webinar, you will learn strategies to conduct successful negotiations with insurance companies. Leading this webinar is Kennedy Hawkins. Kennedy was the long time President/CEO of PT Northwest. He has over 30 years of experience negotiating with insurance companies. Through Kennedy’s current consulting practice, he works with physical rehabilitation providers from coast to coast on negotiating with insurance companies. Kennedy combines this real-world expertise with an MBA as well as being a practicing attorney in Oregon. In addition to these insights, Kennedy will also share his national experience as the former President and longtime officer of the National Association of Rehabilitation Agencies & Providers. You will leave this webinar with tangible steps that help your organization better negotiate with insurance companies which impacts the bottom line and gets you paid at a fair rate for the valuable services that you provide to your clients.
