Hello Rick-Thank you so much for your articles and FAQ’s. They are really helpful to my practice. When a Medicare patient has 2 open POC’s for two separate diagnoses (due to provider’s skill and patient’s location often) like can be the case for a women’s health-pelvic floor patients who might also see another PT for a shoulder or knee problem/diagnosis. Are the visits counted separately (per diagnosis and Initial eval/POC/documentation for that diagnosis) or combined, per discipline? Thanks so much.
Visits are counted per date of service.
