Can Hospitals Bill G0463 for an Outpatient Therapy Visit?

As reimbursement continues to decrease while expenses increase, organizations are trying to find ways to increase their reimbursement per outpatient therapy visit. One question I have been receiving lately is regarding Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS) code G0463 and can this be billed by a hospital each time a patient attends an outpatient physical, occupational, and/or speech therapy session.
