  1. Some times it’s a little difficult to interpret how literally a word is being used. In this policy would you interpret this to apply only to PT/OT services conducted IN a hospital facility setting, or would it also apply to a private PT/OT office (POS 11) setting?

    1. I would tell you to read the language on page 1 of the policy under Policy and then make your determination.
