Is this indicating that patients must now meet medical necessity to receive services at an HOPD clinic?
Therapy would need to meet the criteria listed in the guidelines.
Does this mean they will not be approving referrals to HOPDs unless deemed necessary by the guidelines provided?
That could be a possibility based on the guidelines.
