AIM Specialty Health has announced the launch dates for the AIM Rehabilitative program for Anthem’s Commercial Membership and Anthem’s Medicare Advantage Membership. This announcement impacts 2 states for Anthem’s Commercial Membership and 16 states for Anthem’s Medicare Advantage Membership.

  1. thank you.. I have been trying to find webinar dates through Anthem where it was not listed yet.

  2. General question for anyone our there that is currently using AIM out on the East Coast. Is this for ALL Anthem BC/BS Commercial plans (Anthem Federal, HMO, PPO, Local plans, etc…) or are you finding it is specific plans? Thanks for any info!

    1. It is for all Commercial plans but is hit or miss who needs auth dependent on their plan.

    2. If we are billing through our local BCBS and our state does not require a AIM authorization do we still need to get an authorization if their plan requires it but our state doesn’t?

  3. If we are currently seeing an Anthem Medicare patient before 4/1/2020, does this mean they will require auth after 4/1/2020 if we are still seeing them?
