The American Hospital Association (AHA) has submitted comments to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) regarding the 2019 Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) proposed rule and 2019 Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) proposed rule.
