2026 Annual Therapy Code List Update

Each year, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) updates the annual therapy code list. This list applies to outpatient physical, occupational, and speech therapy services. This list tells outpatient therapy providers which CPT codes require the discipline specific modifier (GN, GO, GP) be appended to them when provided under an outpatient therapy plan of care.
