On December 22, 2022 and December 23, 2022, the United States Senate and United States House of Representatives, respectively, passed the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2023.   1. To clarify, does this mean that the outpatient telehealth therapy services reimbursement is no longer set at 151 days following the end of the PHE but at Dec 31st, 2024? Does this include those therapy services delivered outside of a physician practice?
