To clarify, does this mean that the outpatient telehealth therapy services reimbursement is no longer set at 151 days following the end of the PHE but at Dec 31st, 2024? Does this include those therapy services delivered outside of a physician practice?

With RTM in private practice following the same rule for direct supervision for assistants, does this still mean the “relaxed” or “eased” definition of direct supervision for RTM still applies for assistants treating residents through the end of this year? Thanks!
Yes! But if your practice act is more stringent, then you must follow your practice act.
